Dylan has been amazing. He has come to do work for us on 3 separate occasions and each time has done excellent work. When we bought our house 3 years ago a section of fence was down, he was able to schedule with us quickly to repair the fence. Based off of that great experience, we had him return after getting a dog to finish fencing in the back yard and install a gate on each side of the house. Yet again, he was able to schedule in a timely manner, provided a detailed and fair quote, and was always in communication to confirm details if needed. Unfortunately, we lost another section of fence in a storm around Christmas time this past year. Even though I wasn’t sure if he would be available during the winter, he was able to get back to me and make it work. Now our fence is repaired and ready to go as we come into the spring so that the kids and the dogs can run around happily and safely! Dylan took our specific needs into consideration as we have a small dog who likes to sneak out of small areas. It was a breath of fresh air to work with a contractor who is really reliable. Dylan came to give an estimate last fall (in the rain, I believe). I drove him crazy over the winter trying to make up my mind about layout and product. He was patient and not pushy. When we finally decided to do the job, the rain was interfering. Dylan tried very hard to get the fence finished for a party we were having, which I appreciated. When the rain finally let up, Dylan finished the fence quickly. He was hard working, honest and precise. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of the product. I had other, similar estimates for subpar product. It was well worth the wait.
